1. Order Processing and Dispatch

All orders are subject to successful payment verification. Upon receipt of payment, orders shall be processed and dispatched within 1 (one) to 3 (three) business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

No shipments shall be dispatched on non-working days. Orders placed during such periods will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Coverage and Partners

We currently ship to all serviceable postal codes within the territory of India.
Delivery to remote or out-of-coverage areas may be subject to delay or cancellation based on the availability of logistics support.

We engage with multiple third-party logistics partners, including but not limited to Delhivery, Bluedart, and Xpressbees, for the fulfillment of orders.


3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Unless otherwise specified, delivery timelines are estimated as 7 (seven) to 10 (ten) business days from the date of dispatch. These timelines are indicative and subject to change based on delivery location, courier capacity, and force majeure events.

Express or priority delivery options are not currently available but may be introduced in the future.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping shall be applicable on prepaid orders with a total cart value of ₹699 or more.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD services may attract a flat handling charge of ₹50 per order.

  • Below Minimum Orders: Orders not qualifying for free shipping may be subject to a nominal delivery charge, as displayed at checkout.


5. Order Tracking and Notifications

Upon dispatch of the order, customers shall receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email, containing shipment details and courier partner information.

6. Delivery Failures and Exceptions

6.1 Undeliverable Shipments:

In cases where the order cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete shipping address;

  • Unavailability of the customer during delivery attempts;

the courier partner shall make reasonable attempts to complete delivery. Failing that, the consignment shall be returned to SassyStitch.

Re-dispatch or refund shall be initiated upon receipt of the returned package, subject to deductions for shipping or COD charges incurred.

6.2 Damaged or Tampered Packages:

Customers are advised to inspect packages upon receipt. If the parcel appears visibly tampered or damaged, the customer may refuse delivery.

If a damaged product is accepted, the customer must raise a complaint within 48 (forty-eight) hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence. SassyStitch shall process a replacement or refund in accordance with its Return & Refund Policy.


7. Force Majeure

SassyStitch shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural calamities, lockdowns, governmental restrictions, strikes, or courier disruptions.
