RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Sassy Stitch. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges, subject to the terms below.

RETURNS

All return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be in unused condition, with original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Intimates or accessories

  • Items that appear worn, washed, damaged, or altered

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@sassystitch.in with your order details and reason for return.

Once approved:

  • Our delivery partner will pick up the item from your address

  • You do not need to ship the product yourself

  • Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original condition and packaging at the time of pickup

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

  • Return shipping costs will not be charged to the customer

EXCHANGES

We offer free exchanges for sizing or color issues on eligible items.
Follow the same return process, and choose the “Exchange” option while emailing us.

Once your original product is picked up and verified, your replacement will be shipped within 2–4 business days.
